BSG customers are part of the ‘BSG Family’. And BSG takes care of our family. Our eBay feedback record and our stellar internet reputation is sturdy proof of our efforts. If you receive a guitar from Boogie Street that is not in the condition we advertised the or if we made an error in the listing regarding colors or specs, certainly we will accept a return if we are notified of our error within 24 hours of the guitar’s delivery- by phone. Just call Eric at 412-716-3150. Providing the guitar is immediately returned, there will not be a restocking fee. Returns for any other reason must also be requested within 24 hours of the guitar’s delivery. Upon the return of the guitar to Boogie Street and our inspection to ensure the guitar was not gig’d or played or damaged, we will promptly issue a refund, minus all shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
A Suggestion: If you want to buy a guitar to play, practice, record and gig with for 14 to 30 days before you can make up your mind whether you want to keep the guitar- we strongly suggest you pursue your guitar at one of the large retail guitar chains such as Musicians Friend or Music123. We can not accommodate you. We are sorry.
